Path Tracer Stair-Stepping Rounding/Errors Away From

Repro Steps:

  • Create a cube
  • Enable Path Tracer
  • View Cube… looks fine
  • Move cube to X=100,000
  • View Cube… very visible stair-stepping

It’s not necessary to move it that far from the origin but I’ve used a large number above to make it obvious. My question is: Is this a known limitation and is there a way of getting around it? Perhaps by adjusting the scene scale (similar to that in Lightmass).
