When I package my proyect, a vr game, the character the player is controlling spawns at the location x=0 y=0 z=0. It works fine in the viewport.

Check the nav mesh, this happened on a project I was working on after I changed the settings.
Could you be more specific? What did you change?
I’m not sure which setting it was but if I changed any of the navmesh setting whether it was made in the editor or within the project settings.
Well, I just fixed it, it was a problem inside the player blueprint.
