I found your crash logs, thank you for submitting them. Unfortunately, given the drivers and hardware, running a Vulkan editor on your config may not be possible. You can try newer drivers (mesa) than packaged with 18.04, but probably switching to OpenGL (which is still present in UE 4.22) by passing -opengl4 on the command line is a better option in this case.
