UE 4.22.1 DX12 UI flickers and become unusable

Hey guys,
When trying out the new raytracing feature the editor becomes nearly unusable after switching to dx12. Whenever my mouse opens a menu or clicks somewhere the screen flickers like crazy and menus randomly look magnified. But generally the raytracing does work, I could activate it and see it in my scene.
I followed these instructions:

Have the newsest windows 10 1809 version and the nvidia creators driver 419.67
UE 4.22.1
GPU: RTX 2080 ti
CPU: AMD Threadripper 2990

What can I do to solve the problem?

Best regards,
Olaf

I’ve tried to disable the tooltips and to start the editor with and without -dx12. And I disabled Afterburner. It doesn’t help.

Disabeling the SLI in the nvidia panel solved the problem.

If anyone else has this issue and does NOT have an SLI setup to disable…

Check G-Sync. I went through three different drivers, turned off ray tracing in my project… everything. Disabled G-Sync, fixed! Just need to re-enable ray tracing now and wait for 4000 shaders to compile. FML.

FYI, this is an RTX2070 equipped laptop with a G-Sync capable screen.
