Editor hangs while saving .umap

Greetings.

Our project was recently updated to 4.22. Since then we are experiencing frequent hangups when saving .umap files. Progress hangs exactly at 25% while saving the .umap we are working on. The problem is present on multiple workstations/computers and multiple maps (those with many assets, and those with very little). We have tried to wait it out for ~30 minutes at longest.

In addition to this, the program does not produce a crash report or log content relating to the incident, since it does not actually crash, but has to be shut down from Windows Task Manager.

We’re due a deadline, so if anyone has a fix on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

we have the same problem, and we use windbg to get the stacktrace and mini dump

It shows that the editor is waiting for the Texture streaming to be finished, but it’s stuck into it.

I have submit a bug report (Case # 00111871) with the mini dump file provided.
This problem is very annoying and frequently ruin our work. Hope to see this fixed soon.
