OSX engine downloading infinite task queue

Hi, I subscribed to UE4 yesterday, and can’t even download the engine, because when I click the “install” button in the launcher, it says “download queued”, but doesn’t seem to ever start the download.

I tried letting it in queue 8 hours but it’s always “1 task queued”.
I want to download the last version : 4.4.1.

Any idea to finally success this download ?

Please take a look through the troubleshooting steps in the link below. Afterwards if you still have the issue, post your Verbose Logs. Directions on how to find them are located towards that bottom of the linked page.

Solved, the problem was I was not running it as root user.
