Destructible mesh force damage

I am making a 3rd person shooter and right now I need impact damage enabled for my destructible meshes the thing is when the player walks into this destructible mesh it simply shatters. I need to know how to make it so that only collision going at high speeds can damage the mesh.

It’s probably the Damage Treshold setting which is at the top of the settings pane.

Its at a ridiculous amount and still the player can walk through it like glass the bullets aren’t even able to damage it at this point
