Office Holiday

Epic Games' offices will be on holiday from June 22nd to July 7th. During this period support will be limited. Our offices will reopen on Monday, July 8th. 

Packaging error out of nowhere

I've been working on the same project awhile. I went to create a test build. Far as I know nothing has changed from my prior settings that worked but now I am having an error.

Attempted to clear the saved and intermediate files Also updated the project to 4.22 as it seemed good as time as any Did not resolve the problem.

Far as I know nothing was changed since the last successful packaging in the project settings/plugins etc. I've done some work in some BP's and resizing textures/adjusting some Meshes. Yet it seems to be unable to find the build rules. I noticed there is some type error with the NET frame work. But I've never touched it let alone now.

Any input would be appreciated Error logs included below
