I’m receiving an error when launching my project from the editor (version 4.22.1) that says that I need a “feature level 5” video card. I have an Nvidia 2080Ti, pretty sure it qualifies…
can you provide logs from Saved/Logs from project directory? it has RHI initation log and should show source of the issue
This kind of error usally means driver or GPU switching issue
Here is the ziped logs folder for the project.
Note: the error occurs when launching using the Epic Games Launcher > Library > Project… if I launch the editor from a windows shortcut directly, and select my project and open it, it works without the error message. Not sure what influence the Launcher has…
