iOS 12.3 and camera permissions

This issue is so far only iOS 12.3. I discovered this issue right after updating iOS.

Using the Handheld AR project, deploy to iOS 12.3 and run the application. The application will hang on splash screen. Go to your apps settings and simply toggle camera permissions, OR reboot the device, and the application will work normally.

Anyone else run into this?

I have already posted this as a bug submission, just curious if anyone else is having this oddness as the Epic team is unable to replicate so far.

I’ve narrowed this issue down further ( and expensively )

We recently acquired 4 separate iPads. Two are iPad Pro 12.9" model A1584 ( previous generation of pro iPads ), and two of the latest 2019 iPad Pro 12.9". All are running iOS 12.3.1

The older A1584 iPads require that the applications camera permissions be toggled in settings before it will run. The newer iPads do not. So its probably an iOS issue related to Apple buggering an older iPad setting that doesn’t affect the new hardware.
