Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

The folder path "Epic Games" Contains an Invalid Character

Hello, so every time I've tried to install the Epic Games Launcher, I receive the error that you see in the question title. Now, I've went through and cleared out all the Registry Keys already and I've been unable to still get it running and installed. I used to have it installed, but I uninstalled it due to space issues, as well as lack of usage of Unreal Engine 4, and the several versions of Unreal Engine I had in the past were lost when an external drive of mine died off. So while the Registry Keys are gone completely, there's plenty of Leftover Values and Data.

I'm running on Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Is there any idea on what to do here?
