If you change the “Tire Config” Friction Scale to anything above 1 the whole Vehicle will shake. I do not remember this happening until 4.22 and others are having the same issue.
To test change the Tire Config to 10 and you can really see it shake

Ok, if anyone else has this issue it is something to do with the LAT STIFF MAX LOAD in the tire config, try lowering it.
Any more info on this, john? have you made need for speed yet? lol itd be nice to know for a project of mine
