OPEN Any UNREAL ENGINE version will get a carsh reporter

i have tried every versions of ue4 ,but when i open ue4 ,it will load

and get a crash like

，(not open any projects.)I tried 4.14 and the new version ue4 i even tried to reinstall the win10 but work nothing,so please help me it bothers me so much ,thanks

To get some more useful information could you:

  1. Open the Unreal Launcher.
  2. Click the Library tab.
  3. Next to the “Launch” button on your installed Unreal version there should be a down arrow, click it.
  4. Click options.
  5. Tick the “Editor symbols for debugging”.
  6. Click Apply and let it install.

This will install the debugging symbols for the Unreal Engine so then when you get the crash with that Crash Reporter screen, it’ll give you a call stack. Notice how right now it says "You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash.

Once those symbols are installed, reproduce the crash and post the stacktrace that comes up.
