Okay, so I have recently gotten a Vanila Mastercard with 50$ on it. Yet, I get the payment is declined message. I go online and look for a solution and other people are having this problem. I did everything they said to do in the post, Entropay, contacting their email, and nothing works, thats why I had to make my own post. When I use entropay, it doesnt allow me to make an account. When I contact them via email, they gave me solutions but none of them worked and the last time they contacted me was 20 hours ago. I really just want to figure out what is wrong!

I contacted our billing department and found that the ticket for the issue you reported is still open and being worked on. I have asked that they respond to you and let you know what is going on. A new representative will be taking over the ticket as well since the previous one needed to take the day off. We will work to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
