I can set global time dilation to 0, but how do I set my character?

I recently ran into the same problem so I may as well answer in case you’re still looking-

Your character’s Custom Time Dilation is a multiple of the Global Time Dilation, meaning if you want to move around during the time stop, you’ll need to set the Global Time Dilation to something like 0.0001 and your Custom Time Dilation to 10000.
