Lighting artifacts after migration

Im getting some artifacts on some lights after I migrated my level into a fresh project. any ideas?

Hi!

Low res lightmap?
Compressed lightmap?
Light intersecting the lamp mesh?
Low Lightmass settings?

lightmaps on the wall are 2k(red) Compress lightmaps is unchecked, the light is below the bulb not intersecting, and im using GPU lightmass.

I havent changed anything on the lights or the meshes, all i did was migrate the level to a new project and rebake.
Im getting a similar error on other lights in the level after migration and I have no idea why.
