Moving a Static Mesh from a previous version.

Hi, I have purchased an Asset from the asset store:

Now it is only supported up to Version 4.20 however I would really like to bring it into my 4.22 project.

I only really need Static mesh and the materials.

Is there any way I can do this? I tried migrating and I tried updating the project to a newer version but both break the asset.
