How do I fix the "Feature Level 5 video card" error?

I was trying to open up Unreal Editor 4.22.2 and I got this error:

How would I fix this?
If you need the information; I have a [Nvidia EVGA Geforce GTX 210][2], 2 Intel [Xeon E5606][3] at 2.13 GHz with Hyperthreading enabled and 36 gigabytes of DDR3 RAM at 1066 MHz.
