Imported FBX Skeletal Mesh is Incorrectly Deformed

I made a rigged model in Blender and I’m trying to get it to work in UE4, but when I export it as a binary FBX and import it into the engine, some areas of the model are deformed incorrectly. However, if I export from Blender as an ASCII FBX, the deformation is as expected. What is causing this?
