Make many copies of one object?

Hey!
I am building a forest, I have a few trees that i want to make a lot of copies of and randomize it on a platform.
Do I have to do it one at a time? or is there a way to make many copies and randomize the location on a platform?

For the forest, it’s probably make sense to use the Foliage Tool

You can google for a turorials in addition to the docs, should be a lot of them
