Why does my landscape material have a blue/grey tint?

I’ve tried to make a landscape material, but I’ve run into the issue where all the materials in my layers are all grey/blue tinted, and I don’t know why. I’ve made layer info things, but it doesn’t work - the layer info is not shown in the pic, but I’ve tried it. Here is a picture:

My normal maps are doing something weird too.

These are all diffuses, and they blend into the base color slot.

Here is the normal, that blends into the normal place.
