In the launcher, go to Unreal Engine, Library. Find the version of the engine you’re using and click on the arrow in the yellow box. From the drop down select ‘Options’. Tick ‘Editor symbols for debugging’. Click Apply and then wait until done.
When it next crashes, you should have some useful information in the crash reporter.
What if I can’t open the launcher ? When I open it, it has crashed.
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher? The launcher is separate from the engine install.

Just follow the standard Windows 10 uninstall procedure: Repair apps and programs in Windows The program you want to uninstall is the Epic Launcher.
Once uninstalled, download the launcher again and re-install.
Nothing worked. When I re-downloaded it again has crashed.
