‘‘Listen For Input Action’’ node doesn’t fire if game is paused. Simple as that.

While on character blueprint you can select a InputAction node and on details panel set “Execute when Paused”, as far as i know there is no such option for “Listen For Input Action”

So my suggestion would be to use “Set Global Time Dilation” to 0 instead of “Set Game Paused”, this way any input keeps working no matter what.
