Shadows shown incorrectly, UE4.22

I’m not sure what I did wrong with settings, but when I place my meshes into a template project, the shadow are wrong, my simple materials don’t apply and the editor view and play view differ.
In editor view the weird shadows on the floor and walls.
In play and editor views - the shadows from stairs and the flat cylinder are shown whereas they should be at all.

Anybody knows where to go to fix this?
