Can't log in to epic games?

I’m having trouble using the Epic Games Launcher for UE4. Every time I launch it and log in, it’s always stuck on
“We’re signing you in to your account…”. Is there any solution for this, or even another way to use UE4? I’m new to this and I have a Mac OS X, and I really do not want to switch to windows.

I’m on Windows 10 and am having the same problem… Used to work perfectly, I didn’t update it but it stays forever stuck in “We’re signing you in to your account”.
I have tried changing call arguments to -OpenCL, uninstalling, reinstalling, changing from Google DNS to OpenCloud DNS, …

What more is there to do?

After I deleted almost all configuration I could find in AppData, it asked me for login credentials. After entering email and password it asked for the confirmation code sent to e-mail (2FA). I entered a stale one and it did complain (so it does have a connection). Then I entered the new 2FA code and same problem now occurs: stuck at “We’re signing you in to your account” (but now in my System language instead of english since I’ve deleted config files).

I have also cleared chromes and Windows DNS Cache since the log is full of entries like so:link text

I have followed the Networking troubleshooting (open ports @ windows firewall), I have uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. After deleting all configurations in AppData I finally got the login page. After I enter my credentials it get’s stuck on “We’re signing you in to your account”. I have tried fixing the installation also, that does the same as clearing the settings in AppData, allows me to see the login page but after entering credentials it stays stuck. It does have connectivity because it recognizes if I input a stale 2FA code or the correct one - once the correct one is inserted, guess what? Stuck login screen.
I have tried contacting support but they clearly didn’t read a thing I wrote and told me that to play fortnite I should update GPU drivers and open my firewall - I use the launcher to manage Unreal Engine installations and assets, I never mentioned anything about fortnite.
If I use the launcher in offline mode it opens, shows the versions of Unreal Engine I have installed, lets me browse the marketplace, but as soon as I click “sign in” I get stuck login once again.
I’ve been having this problem for a week now and it is getting out of hand.

Appended Launcher Log with Debugging Turned On

I think I had the same issue to you and fixed it by doing these things

  1. Uninstalled Hamachi VPN
  2. Uninstalled Radmin VPN
  3. Uninstalled Radmin Server Viewer
  4. Changed my Epic Games password on the website

not sure if they are all necessary or only 1 of them but it has fixed for me so try that

sorry im not sure how to edit but i should say that im on windows 10
