hello I’m new to the Unreal engine and I’d like to create a Mortal Kombat game a person knows how I could make , a life bar, a character selection, a special hit bar , make a cosmetic shop in the game , thank you

Hello okaw,
You are asking a lot, most of this information can be found using google or youtube tutorials. That’s where you should start, especially if you’re new to the engine. Creating a game is a massive undertaking, you need to learn a lot just to make simple things work. My advice to you is to write down a game concept on a piece of paper or text editor, then make it as simple as you can (don’t need too much details) and then just try to create it piece by piece. I would start with life bar as this isn’t to hard. Don’t worry too much about details just get stuff to work first.
When you get some work done but it isn’t working quite the way you want, then come back here and ask a specific question. Unfortunately we can’t make your game for you. If you need some material on basics I can recommend a few channels on youtube.
