Hello,
I have a strange issue in my Project. Every time the Editor is started, some of the Textures are missing Mip-Levels.
After saving the asset again, everything is ok, until the Editor is restarted.

In this Video 2 Normal-Maps of the Water are affected. But it can be any other texture.
Sometimes even parts of the UI are missing.
When I run the Editor with -opengl4 the issue is gone (But opengl has its own problems).
I was not able to reproduce it in a smaller Project.
Removing the Intermediate-Folder seemed to help sometimes, but thats also not reliable.
What could I try, to find the source of the Problem?
My Hardware:
- OS: Debian 9 KDE
- CPU: Intel Core i7-6900k
- RAM: 32GB
- GPU: Nvidia Titan X
- Driver: 418.56 (Also happened to
the 396-Driver)
