I cannot find CodeWorks for Android "1R6u1" Anywhere

I’ve been trying for 3 days just to deploy ANY Android app using Epic’s quick start guide. Android Quick Start | Unreal Engine Documentation
It says I need CodeWorks for Android 1R6u1 and that doesn’t exist anywhere, it doesn’t exist in my Unreal folders, I can’t find it on the Internet and I’ve tried looking in every possible place for older versions of the software.

Does anybody know where I can find 1R6u1?

It’s been found under this location:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.21\Engine\Extras\AndroidWorks\Win64

And since 4.21 (or 4.20 idk) its the updated version “1R7u1”.
