Reflection probes reflecting lights

Hello peoples!
I have this issue, I believe it’s not a bug or anything just asking for a solution.
I have a big hangar scene with lamps(point lights) on the ceiling. I want to have lights reflected on the ground but reflection probes don’t give me the result I want.

One big box reflection probe effect, lights don’t duplicate but ones closest to actor are over-sized. I get a nice and straight reflection from windows but not lights:

With multiple sphere reflection probes the reflections are overlapping and duplicating. Also the reflections are spherical shape, which makes no sense in a square hangar:

Maybe the planar one?

I tried to play around with the Planar reflections but it has another problem. The reflections are very sharp and extends infinitely. http://prntscr.com/o1r5ml
Also further ground from the camera blurs out the reflection and floor closer to camera have a near perfect reflections.

I want to have reflections that start out sharp but blur further things from the ground like in this picture :

Ideal situation would be to have one big box reflection for the environment as it gives me a nice result but would not reflect lights. And have planar reflection for just lights. Although I don’t know if that is possible to make
