UE 4.22.2 Crashes when ray tracing is enabled

Hi i’m having some issues trying to use Ray tracing.

I have a RTX 2080 with the latest drivers 430.86, windows10 1809 and Unreal 4.22.2.

I enabled ray tracing and DirectX 12 in the project settings and it crashes every times when i restart the editor…

I got the same Problem.
Got a RTX 2080 Ti and it crashes once i turn it on following the documentation (DirectX12 under Project Settings/windows and then turning on the ray tracing option under rendering)

Any update on this?

Hi, a little update from our end. We are a big company and we are using a “More secured” version of Windows. We tried to install a " Normal" version of windows on the same machine with the RTX and Unreal and Ray tracing works ! so it must be something that is blocked in our custom security. I asked the IT but they said that directX 12 is allowed, so it must be something else that Unreal/DirectX needs to authorize. Any ideas ?
