Displacement with static meshes usage material doesn't work

Hello.
I have material which good work on static meshes. It have world position offset + world displacement and tessellation multiplier. But if i enable Instanced Static Meshes usage material has broken.

World displacement and tessellation multiplier cannot work with world position offset. If i disable world position offset - world displacement and tessellation multiplier work good with Instanced Static Meshes usage. And if i disable world displacement and tessellation multiplier - world position offset work good with with Instanced Static Meshes usage
Is it possible use it with Static Meshes usage, if yes. what i do wrong?
