Unreal Swarm Distribution Stability

At my office we use Unreal Swarm to distribute our lightbuilds to multiple computers. This is really helpful for speeding up long light builds. The system seems to be pretty unstable though. For example I do lightbuilds that I distribute to 4 other machines. Over the course of the lightbuild, the other 4 machines will connect and drop at random, slowing down the build.

Is there anything I can do to make the connections more stable/reduce the amount of connection drops?
