Prone Animation Not Smooth

Hi, I am trying to create an animation where the player can get into a prone position without a weapon and empty handed but the bot’s limbs in the animation is all messed up. There is a picture below showing the bot in the animation, is there anyway I can fix this?

This Happens because the Animation you try to use for Prone Probably the Anim_Starter_Pack dont have a Prone without weapon and the ThirdPerson Template dont have Prone by default so you would have to change the bones like this Screenshot - cba9436ed740ff705367e96203577020 - Gyazo to do it in Anim_Starter_Pack make a copy of Rifle Prone then move the Bones

I know about the bone rotation but the problem is that both forearms are deformed in a way that bone rotations doesn’t do much to them because the right forearm is all twisted and the left forearm’s wrist is bent upwards.

Get the Animation Start Pack on Epic App MarketPlace then just use this one Screenshot - f77908f02ea8a383e7b1a372ab2e2da8 - Gyazo just make a copy of it so you dont lose the original and work with

Hey there, Just exact the animation, install blender’s beta, install my addon for it, bring in the animation/follow video tutorial, and get a file you can re-import straight up without any of the head-hake.
I guarantee it will fix all your problems.

Make sure to get the 2.8 beta.

Are you sure you didn’t install the wrong version? 32bit vs 64 bit?
The program is very stable and about not to be in beta.

I have the Animation Starter Pack but the Re target Aim Assets does not seem to be working because my walk_run, Idle, sprint and crouching animations are all on a different skeletion and it doesnt seem to be letting me retarget the asset to my skeleton, any suggestions?

I tried downloading Blender 2.80 but my computer warned me of opening the app up but not only that it asked me to reinstall it multiple times, it seems to be having too many problems

I checked my system information and its a 64 bit

Assuming you downloaded the correct 64bit version, there is nothing to install.
You download the file, unzip it, and run the EXE. Windows will warn you about the publisher as it always does. you can just ignore all of that.

IF the program won’t run, maybe you are missing the prerequisite development components - you can probably bypass this by installing the stable version with the installer - which will take care of all dependencies, and then just run 2.8 from the zip file afterwards.

When I try to set the preferences for Blender 2.80, I download the file and unzip it and then I download bonebreaker and I run the EXE but when I try to set preferences, after I hit to Install the Bonebreaker to Blender it never gives me the option to check Bonebreaker nor is it there at all when i search for it, what am I doing wrong?

If blender is unzipped, run it as administrator to install the addon.

Another workaround is to manually create a folder for the addon and copy the files into it within your addons.
It should be c:\Users[yourname!]\AppData\Roaming/Blender Foundation\Blender\2.8\scripts\addons\bonebreaker
If the folder does not exist you can manually create it and unzip the files there.

After that it should show up within your addon panel just fine.
Again, installing while running as administrator will probably do this for you.

All that said, hopefully people won’t have those issue once 2.8 goes live.
If you continue to have troubles with blender I suggest asking @ BlenderArtists about it. They will probably respond more accurately and faster than me…
