How to optimise lighting for VR

I have a candlelit scene.
I used the candle flames from a downloadable collection (Particles and Wind Control System) for it. The lights are dynamic and cannot be put in static mode.
My rendering is entirely based on this lighting.
But now, the model is not optimized and this makes it impossible to use the VR (the image flashes, the model is barely visible…)

Is there a way to optimize the scene or to make a “bake” of the lighting or something like that to keep the atmosphere and remove these candles?
