To add assets, I normally drag and drop if the assets are created with a DCC tool. However, for UE4 only assets (e.g. Data Assets and Curves), I either use the Content Browser’s Add New button or right click in the content browser. This brings up a menu with a section titled Create Advanced Asset that you can browse.
My question is, instead of browsing for the kind of asset I want to create, is there anyway to search for asset types with the keyboard instead? I’ve tried typing while the menu is open, but only a single submenu is searched when you type, and when you move to the next menu the search text is reset.
