Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

GPU Particles without a GPU?

I've been looking around the support forums, documentation and couldn't find the answer to this question. So first question: If the computer doesn't have a GPU can it run a game that uses GPU particles? If it can, does it just not render GPU particles? Do you have to offer a separate particle system in place for not having GPU rendering?

Hey Huogo -

All Modern PCs have a GPU of some sort even if it is only an onboard integrated GPU card. The Engine does have some built in scalibility but you will need to look at the effect and target it for the device you want to deploy and package.

Thank You
