Access to FTP EpicGames not working anymore

Hello,

I am a confirmed Playstation developer on this account and I was able to access the EpicGames ftp before with my username and password.

However, my password doesn’t work anymore and when I try to “recover the password,” it says that something would get sent to my email, but I never did get one. I did check my spam folder as well.

Can I get any assistance on recovering my password?

Best,
Mikhail

You better contact Epic on an official channel, it’s not guaranteed they will see your question here.

Yes, they do actively check these threads, but as AnswerHub is generally community driven, it’s not guaranteed you’re gonna get an answer.

I guess you have an official contact at Epic Games if you are a confirmed PS developer with Epic FTP access, don’t you? If that’s not the case, the next step would be UDN, and if you have no such access, then the official Epic Games Account support page: Epic Games Technical Support & Customer Service | Epic Games

Although, they might just answer here, we’ll see

Do you have a recommendation on what channel I could use to contact them? I put it here because I saw in other posts that epic games staff responded to concerns with PS4 development help in threads that were made about a month ago.

Hey Sirrockin,

In order to regain access to your FTP account, be sure to submit a Console Request form using the link below:

https://www.unrealengine.com/console-request

Depending on which platform you request, you’ll also need to submit a developer confirmation to re-gain access to the platform.

Xbox One: Please ask your Microsoft account representative to send an e-mail to consoles@unrealengine.com confirming your status and referencing your email address.

Playstation 4: Please visit the Middleware Directory on SonyDevNet, locate Epic Games, and click the “Confirm Status” button.

Nintendo Switch: Please visit the Middleware page on developer.nintendo.com, locate the Unreal Engine section, and complete and submit the form.

Great, done! Thank you Retrjoe.
