I wanna publish some visual effects on unreal marketplace, but I used some textures that are not mine
Example: Satanism - Wikipedia

Is it possible to use this picture in commerial purpose on unreal marketplace?

Hey Assasssin115, have a look at the wiki commons page for this image File:Pentagram4.svg - Wikimedia Commons
It states that the license is ‘Public Domain’, which means you are free to use it for any purpose you see fit. Checkout Public domain - Wikipedia for more on that topic.
