BUG Movement correction

Hello everybody,

Movement correction doesn’t work in 4.22.3 C++ version (but works with prebuild version)

How reproduse:

  1. Create C++ Third person template
  2. Start game with 2 players
  3. Enter net pktloss=100 in client’s console
  4. Move anythere
  5. Enter net pktloss=0 in client’s console
  6. Character doesn’t move to correct server position

If you do the same steps with pre-build 4.22.3 version (blueprints only) all works correct.
