Help me read/understand LogRefenceChain, please

I am trying to troubleshoot a crash.

I am certain it is due to using list items in the new Utility Widgets system. And I am certain of the object causing the issue.

What I want to understand is how to read the LogReferenceChain output in my log:

Each line seems to be,
[object] [level path] then either a call to AddReferencedObjects() or an indicator to it’s attachment/context?

What would a red flag look like? How do I troubleshoot this list, or use the information to troubleshoot? Some of the references are pointing to array variables (like MySplines, or MyLevelSections) are these just additional reference paths in the chain? I don’t understand the relationships represented by the indentation of each line either.

Any help parsing this output as a human would be great.
