Where i can get UGS(unreal engine sync) to use?

i can find the document page(Unreal Game Sync (UGS) for Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation). but stil not know where i can get that tool, is there anyone knows?

ok i find it at \UE_4.22\Engine\Source\Programs

Hey, if I want to use the UGS, is that means I have to download unreal4 source code version form github first?

This is ridiculous, all the pages about UGS is about how to use it, but no pages show you where can find it.
