Unreal Engine 4.22.3 Crashing Often

Hello, I have been using my laptop to study the UE4 via the UE Academy.

I am having a crashing error where it says the Editor’s Engine Core keeps crashing on my laptop every minute or so. I tried searching around for multiple solutions, such as attempting to make the engine use my GPU for usage, reinstalled, update drivers, I even tried some versions just before 4.22 but run into the same issue. Does anyone know what is going on? My laptop has pretty decent specs so I would expect it to handle the UE for minimal work more than an hour or so, but not crash this often.
