Glitchy shadows when using stationary light source

Shadows look great when using a movable light source. When the same object is placed in stationary light, shadows look weird, I’ve unwrapped the object correctly, whats causing the issue?

Stationary/static lights work with lightmaps!
If your lightmap resolution is low then you’ll get a low res result!
…same happening in your scene: the receiving surface has a low lightmap resolution so shadows will be pixelated, blotchy, inaccurate…

Thanks! All I did was increase the lightmap res and it fixed the issue. Cheers!
