Lock Rotation not working correctly in recent versions?

Hi, when I recently installed UE 4.22 and imported (and converted) one of my older projects, I noticed physics behaves differently. In particular when “Lock Rotation” is used on an object and if a character jumps onto such an object, the lock rotation property does not seem to be respected anymore.

To reproduce, create a new project from the sidescroller template, add a box above ground, enable physics simulation for it and lock all position and rotation along all axis. Then, start the game and have a character jump to one corner of a box. What I see is the box being tilted (please see the attached screenshot).

This didn’t use to be this way in older versions of the engine (though it might have been 1-2 years back or so), so it is either a bug or there is a setting that has been added since then that I’m missing, but if that’s the case, I can’t find it.

Please note that this was reproduced in a new install (the only thing I did with it was in-place convert an older project, which is how I spotted the issue) and reproduces in a new project from the sidescroller template.
