Particle clusters? NIAGARA

Hi,

I would like to cluster my particle sprites. Either by having “master” sprites where smaller “child” sprites are spawned arround them or attracted to them.
OR
By somehow driving the spawn position with a noise texture or something so we have clear areas with a lot of sprites and other areas with none.

Any ideas how to do it either of those?
