I downloaded the latest downloadable UE for Mac, but when it is loading, it says "Please wait while we update. " After about 5 seconds, it says "We’re sorry. It looks like we are having trouble connecting. We’ll continue to retry. " It won’t load for however long I wait after that. What should I do to speed up, or fix this process?
I fixed the problem. I needed to go on my admin account. Turns out there was a pop-up I missed on my Main account.
