How can I change animation when I grab some kind of weapon?

How can I change animation when I grab some kind of weapon? like any game, gta, cod, etc… an example would be this, I don’t have weapons and i walking normal, but when i grab a weapon my hand and arms change, and the way to walk too, in short, how can I activate the animation of each object added ?, pencil, guns, baseball bat…PD: an apology for my English

Depending on which object the Character uses, change the used Animation in the Animation Blueprint.
