Landscape Material too glossy

Hello everybody

Does anybody know why the Landscape is so glossy at 6-10 seconds of the video? I already tried various specular, metallic and roughness stettings. I also googled this problem and the suggested fix was "RT reflection power" setting. But i could not find this setting anywhere.
