Failed to package blank UE 4.19.2 (NVIDIA Flex) project

So I tried to package WIN 64-bit blank BP project in Unreal Engine 4.19.2 which one support NVIDIA Flex and failed. Here’s log:

Addition: when I tried it first time it failed also, but at the begining, so i turned off WMF Player plugin. It worked, but package still failed without that plugin, this time much later.
