UT99 cover licence

Hi there,

I’ve created a cover song of unreal tournament 99’s menu music and was wondering if I’ll be able to release it on digital streaming platforms?

It was a project I was never going to release and was made just for fun but now I’ve created it and I’m really happy with it, it would be awesome if I was able to release it!
